Today we held our very first Garden to Table (G2T) session.

Lucky Room 12 we the first class to experience the G2T programme in full. They arrived in the morning to the G2T kitchen and were split into two groups, one headed off to the gardens while the other remained in the kitchen.

Our gardeners spent time harvesting, planting and establishing our gardens. Our kitchen crew made a kumara brownie, a Mexican corn salad, beetroot yoghurt dip and herby flatbreads. We will share the recipes on our website soon.

The last 30 minutes of the session is time to come together, share stories about the day and enjoy the delicious kai!
