Our EOTC (Education outside the Classroom) programme is at the heart of our school, we believe it is important to provide these rich learning experiences for all our tamariki here at Matipo. Camps are about taking risks, getting out of your comfort zone and challenging oneself to learn and experience new things.

In 2021….

Year 2’s have an overnight stay at school

Year 3s go to Motu Moana in Green Bay

Year 4’s go to Camp Adair in Hunua

Year 5’s go to Chosen Valley in Ararimu

Year 6s go to Camp Benzton on Kawau Island

We also offer a Noho Marae for Te Puawaitanga o te Wairua.
